An Interactive Panel Discussion with Industry Leaders: Workplace Mental Health During COVID-19
For many, physical distancing and the new way of life due to COVID-19 restrictions has triggered increased stress and anxiety about their family, friends, jobs, and more.

CAMH Engage has partnered with CAMH Foundation to host a lunch-hour panel for young professionals discussing workplace mental health during COVID-19. Our leading panelists will answer questions and share how their companies are supporting employees and their well-being as they navigate new work-from-home environments.

This is a free event, however voluntary donations will support the CAMH COVID-19 Mental Health Resiliency & Coping Fund.

OUR PANELISTS
  • Dr. Donna Ferguson, Psychologist, CAMH and University of Toronto
  • Michele Romanow, Clearbanc Co-Founder

About the CAMH COVID-19 Mental Health Resiliency & Coping Fund
To help support the public’s mental health throughout this critical time, a multi-disciplinary team of CAMH experts has worked to develop and connect people with vital information and resources— including the new Mental Health and COVID-19 Pandemic webpage, an education hub for Canadians.

Through creation of the COVID-19 Mental Health Resiliency & Coping Fund, we can support the greatest emerging needs across CAMH, such as rapid acceleration, development and delivery of trusted and virtually accessible education programs to meet the growing mental health and wellness needs of patients, frontline healthcare workers and businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.

About CAMH Engage
CAMH Engage is a volunteer group of dynamic young professionals committed to driving social change through mental health education and fundraising for CAMH. In addition to raising much needed funds to support up-and-coming CAMH researchers through its annual fundraiser, Breakthrough Challenge, CAMH Engage also aims to educate and support mental wellness for young professionals via regular in-person and virtual events, just like this panel!
