For the third year in a row, I am once again taking the #OneBraveNight challenge because I want to inspire hope for people living with mental illness now – and to defeat mental illness.
Most of you know about my son Matthieu going through his First Psychosis Episode at 30 years old, then diagnosed with bipolar disorder in late August 2015.
Happy to report that Matthieu is back at work in a part-time capacity and we owe it to CAMH, among many services, to their Eight-Week Structured Day Treatment Program that he benefitted from.
By making a donation to my One Brave Night, you are helping CAMH improve access to care, conduct research to find better treatments, and build more spaces for healing. This is our chance to step up!
The CAMH One Brave Night for Mental Health challenge is a Canada-wide challenge to inspire hope for Canadians living with mental illness.
Please donate generously and help me reach my fundraising goal.
