2019 One Brave Night for Mental Health

OurRunningTribe

Our team is raising money to inspire hope for the one in five Canadians living with mental illness by participating in CAMH One Brave Night for Mental Health(TM), the challenge to defeat mental illness.

We are a team of active people and runners. Being active and running is a great way to improve mental health and running together is a good source of social support. We encourage more people to get out there and get running or cycling or walking. If you're interested you can ask any of us to help you get started.

We are working to raise awareness of mental illness which impacts so many and needs to be acknowledged as real, brought into the light, and spoken about with compassion because 2 out of 3 people with a mental illness are prevented from getting help because of stigma.

I hope you can help with a donation to support this important cause and offer hope to those in need of support now. Our team OurRunningTribe will do it's best on May 10th to stay up into the midnight hours and show our hidden talents to build awareness, acceptance and compassion.

Please help us make it throught the night and buy 15 minutes ($25) or 30 minutes ($50) or an hour ($100) of sleep so we can get to bed a bit earlier.

Thanks for any support you can offer
