This year, we invite you to choose how to spend your Sunrise Challenge by selecting an activity from our list below or by following your own inspiration. Be inspired! Activate, energize and nourish your mind, body, heart, soul with thousands of people rallying for those living with mental illness. We recognize that everyone's sunrise moment is their own and encourage you to share yours on social media using #CAMHSunriseChallenge.

Rise with us from 5 to 6 AM at select Starbucks locations to welcome the day, enjoy complimentary tea and drip coffee and gather in a shared space to share stories with fellow Sunrise Challenge participants… and perhaps capture a Sunrise Moment together! CAMH team members will be onsite to rise with you and share special giveaways.
