We did it! Thank you for rising with the sun and rallying to fundraise for mental health research.
This year, we invited you to choose how to spend your Sunrise Challenge by selecting an activity from our list below or by following your own inspiration.
Rise with us from 5 to 6 AM at select Starbucks locations to welcome the day, enjoy complimentary tea and drip coffee and gather in a shared space to share stories with fellow Sunrise Challenge participants… and perhaps capture a Sunrise Moment together! CAMH team members will be onsite to rise with you and share special giveaways.
Presented by Sun Life | Every morning during Sunrise Challenge week, we will share a new Daily Affirmation below and with you via text message.
I rise to show people with mental illness that they are not alone. I am not alone.
How are you choosing to spend your Sunrise Challenge? Join thousands of other participants in sharing why you rise for CAMH on social media. Your Sunrise Moment can be a picture of the sunrise, an alarm clock, your breakfast, or anything else that shows people you completed the challenge that day.
While we all rise for different reasons, we're united by a single goal: better mental health for everyone.
