Now entering its 2nd year, the Sunrise Challenge invites Canadians to wake up with the sun for 5 days (May 30 to June 3) while raising vital funds for CAMH, Canada's leading mental health research hospital. By rising together and rallying our friends, family, and co-workers behind the cause, we can change the way the world sees and treats mental illness.

We created the Sunrise Challenge because it's time. Time to invest in mental health like we do physical health. Time to end the silence, stigma, and shame that still surround mental illness today. Time to rise together and stop mental illness from destroying lives.
Every dollar makes a difference.
Thank you for rising with us.
These early risers are raising the bar.
We rise for everyone who struggles with anxiety and depression. It’s important for them to know that they are not alone and that help is available. The more awareness that is brought to mental health the better off we will be as a community and as a society.
Starbucks rises to break down the barriers around mental health so that we can help enhance the well-being of all who connect with us - from our partners (employees), our customers and, to the communities we serve.
We rise for our next generation to ensure they feel heard and supported because communities thrive through youth empowerment.
At Nutram, we rise so that others can find their voice and feel supported as they reach out for the help they need.
Thank you to our generous sponsors for rising with us to make the Sunrise Challenge possible. With their support, we’re accelerating progress in mental health research, improving access to care, and creating hope for people who live with mental illness every day.
