Toronto to Barrie Walk

I am holding my own fundraiser to support CAMH, Canada's leading mental health hospital.
This past year or so has certainly been a trying time for us all, full of uncertainty and isolation. I believe we have all had our mental fortitude shaken and tested many times throughout the pandemic, but I believe that together we can help move past these times to a brighter and happier future.
Many Canadians, however, have been living with mental illnesses long before the pandemic occured and, unfortunately, may have to endure having their mental fortitude tested long after the pandemic is over. CAMH has been working hard with their team of incredible and passionate people to provide care and support for those who are in need of help.
I will begin to walk on the 3rd with these people in mind, my gratitute for the work that they do, and the hope that this event can raise a little bit of money for them to continue the amazing work that they do.
Rest assured that those who have been supporting and encouraging me over the last year or so will also be on my mind. To each of you I say thank you with the entirety of my heart. Each step I take will be dedicated to you.
With your support, we can change how the world sees and treats mental illness. We can break down stigma and lead important conversations about suicide prevention. We can give people time to get the help they need; families time to heal; and researchers and clinicians time to make breakthroughs and offer new treatment options.
Please donate today and help me reach my fundraising goal.
Together, we can give people hope for a better tomorrow.
