Make it Loud is an annual event to raise money for Mental Health services in Canada. We've successfully hosted the event for 4 years now, and are looking forward to continue to host it for years to come. Make it Loud asks participants to make noise for mental health in fundraising for the cause, while challenging everyone to a fitness activity as a positive impact on their own mental health.

For our 5th year, we're partnering with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health to raise money to go direcly towards their accessible programs for Canadians. 

CAMH us Canada's largest mental health teaching hospital and one of the world's leading research centres in its field. The organization focuses on groundbreaking research, providing expert training to health care professionals and scientists, developing innovative health promotion and prevention strategies, and advocating on public policy issues at all levels of government.  

Your donation goes directly towards supporting and improving these servies.
