Last November the world lost a bright, energetic young woman named Rachel. She was a dear friend to many of us and she made the world a happier place just for being herself. In Rachie's World, everyone was accepted and cared for, regardless of who they were or their circumstances. We all wanted to be a part of Rachie's World!
