How to donate
If you know an individual or team participating in the Sunrise Challenge, you can show your support by donating to their fundraising efforts. You can also get behind the cause by donating directly to the Sunrise Challenge.
Once you’ve registered, it’s time to start fundraising! Gather donations from friends, family, and co-workers by letting them know what supporting mental health means to you.
Then, from May 29-June 2, 2023 , you will wake up at sunrise every morning and share a photo or video of your Sunrise Moment to social media with #CAMHSunriseChallenge. Your Sunrise Moment can be the sunrise from that morning, or anything that shows your followers you completed the challenge that day like a cup of coffee, alarm clock, or yoga mat. Get creative!

Posting about the Sunrise Challenge on social media is a great way to recruit new team members and ask for donations.
Participating in the Sunrise Challenge is one of many ways you can support CAMH and the mental health movement. From monthly contributions to hosting your own fundraising event, you can help drive innovative research, better access to care, and a shared understanding among all Canadians that Mental Health is Health.
